GLF is delighted that Jean-Pierre Raffarin accepted the Chairman’s invitation to join the Foundation.  Jean-Pierre Raffarin served as Prime Minister of France from 2002 to 2005.  He also served as a Member and Questor of the European Parliament from 1989-1995 and as Minister of Small and Medium Enterprises, Commerce and Craft from 1995-1997.
